Self Awareness of Strength & Weakness

Living life as a top performer is not as difficult as it sounds, just model top performers. Successful CEO's have this amazing ability to asses their own Strengths and Weaknesses before they focus on building their team.

After Knowing themselves, the very next thing they do is surround themselves with team members that compliment their strengths and compensate for their weaknesses.  Yes I said compensate for their weakness.

Some leaders say you focus on your strengths and try, yes try to build on your weakness. This takes time and effort and you cannot learn and know everything at the level of an expert so stop wasting your time.

Have knowledge of both. Focus on knowing your Strengths.... Knowing your Weaknesses and then learn to pick people who will fill in the "low spots" and pick the people who elevate the "high spots" in who you are.

Self-Awareness is your key to success.

“Know Thyself” was written on the forecourt of the Temple of Apollo at Delphi. Legend tells that the seven sages of ancient Greece, philosophers, statesmen and law-givers, who laid the foundation for western culture, gathered in Delphi to inscribe “know thyself” at the entry to its sacred oracle.

Self-knowledge is all-encompassing. What is learned on one scale of experience can be applied to all scales. It is the highest form of knowledge, surpassing all other knowledge. Self-knowledge is also timeless, which means that what is gained in one era, benefits all subsequent generations."
